Mike Albano - Lead

Pastor Michael has served at Grace for over fifteen years. Mike is a gifted teacher and leader, with a compelling vision for advancing God’s Kingdom in Centre Wellington and the surrounding area. Mike is known for his gregarious personality, a passion for all things sports, and a love of good food. His wife Rachel, in addition to being an excellent mother to their four children, is a professional abstract painter.

Corey Parish - Associate/Small Groups

Jason Durst - Youth

Jason has served at Grace in youth ministry for 7 years and has loved every minute of it. He and his wife (Brittany) have a passion to see youth encounter God, be transformed by the Holy Spirit and graduate as disciples of Jesus!

Lindsey Dorsch - Kids

Lindsey has attended Grace for the last 12+ years and been on staff for the last five! She has her BA in Psychology and a registered Early Childhood Educator and absolutely loves reading to kids so don’t be surprised to hear a multitude of fun voices coming from the classroom as she teaches!

Kent Allison - Executive Pastor/Media

Kent has attended Grace since 2016 and came on staff at the start of the global health event (that shall not be named) as an Associate looking after our media. Over the years, Kent has pastored in Young Adult and Discipleship/Evangelism roles but he’s also an accomplished documentary film maker. He is happily married and has three awesome young adult children!

Jacoba Saynor - Youth (Guelph)

Jacoba says: “I am continuously impressed and encouraged by the strong people I surround myself with. Seeing the different ways they let their talents shine, and fight for innovations in their fields and interests. … Keep leading boldly and passionately, because your presence is making difference in every space you find yourself in.”
